I'm teaching regular floowork & soft acrobatics classes both intermediate and advanced levels as well as private classes and workshops! My teaching methodology is based on combining various elements from different practices such as floorwork, acrobatics, martial arts, movement, and placing this in the context of contemporary dance.

WORKSHOP "GRAVITY/MOVEMENT/FLOW"

A three-part series of movement workshops, viewed through the lens of my own practice combining elements of floorwork, soft acrobatics and inspiration drawn from capoeira. Each meeting focuses on a separate aspect of working with the body in relation to the floor, weight, rhythm and flow. We will work close to the ground, seeking a connection between softness and dynamics, precision and freedom, control and surrender to the force of movement. The workshop can be treated as three separate meetings or as a coherent whole.
